Okay. So there are two ways to go.
1) Gain weight and follow the whole "Gaining weight plan"
eg presuming I grow an inch more or so in the next 8 months
(5'9-5'9.5) and gain 10 kg. (53kg) by BMI will stable to, 17.3.
2) Loose weight.
Okay. Not the medically advised way to go.
Presuming I grow an inch or half an inch,
(5'8.5-5'9) and loosing 7kg (36kg) in the next 2 months. Lets not put that on the BMI number chart.
It seems like a weird thing to suggest, a skinny person loosing weight.
But, I've tried gaining weight (unsuccessfully) for quite a long time.
And for one reason.
